J. Eric Butler

Eric Butler represents individuals, corporations, and insurance carriers in a broad range of civil litigation matters, concentrating on bodily injury claims, construction disputes, and insurance coverage issues. He is skilled in handling all phases of litigation, including pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery, with additional interests and experience analyzing coverage disputes and drafting coverage opinions under personal line policies. Eric earned his law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Villanova University.
